Pila Historical Society Foundation

The Pila Historical Society Foundation was organized in 1993 a group of concerned citizens with the objective of preserving the town’s heritage, cultural, environmental and historical landmark.

The Foundation was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 10, 1993 as a non—governmental organization (NGO). On December 27, 1993, it was accredited Pila’s Sangguniang Bayan (SB) and appointed as the caretaker of the town plaza.

Using funds raised and provided the Foundation, the Foundation undertook the demolition and relocation of structures that detracted from the plaza’s historical relevance. For further inquiries, write to Cora Relova or Monina Rivera at lacoring@gmail.com or call them at (149) 559-0382.
